he local beaches are superb whilst get quite busy but are never too crowded.  Boat trips and water sports are available. A short drive will bring you to the sandy beaches of the family orientated  Protaras, which offers Fig Tree Bay and surrounding beaches.  If you feel the need for something more energetic there is Ayia Napa, where 'The Square' is the meeting place, Napa to the locals, also offers a tremendous array of sandy beaches such as Grecian and Nissi beach. All of these can be reached by a convenient bus service that runs every ten minutes from a bus stop only short distance from the AMORE. Locally a leisurely ten minute stroll will take you to a number of  safe golden beaches where sun cream is a must. Boat trips, water sports or if you prefer quiet seclusion are available from all of the beaches in the area
