2019/7/1より上海の宿泊施設では環境保護の一環として、客室内の歯ブラシ・櫛・垢すりタオル・剃刀・爪やすり・靴磨きをご提供をいたしません。
ご希望のお客様はホテルスタッフにお申し出ください。ただしホテルによっては有料の場合もございます。

ディズニーランドオフィシャルホテルに宿泊のお客様には、最大で1時間早く入園できる優先入園の特典がございます。
・従来：ルームキー（現物）を提示して入園
・現行：アプリと連携したデジタル形式（QRコード）に移行しております。
チェックイン時にフロントにてアプリ連携のサポートをさせていただきます。
スマートフォンをお持ちでない場合やアプリにログインできない場合は、
パスポートをご持参の上、ホテルコンシェルジュにてお手続き可能です。

To ensure that we continue to deliver the signature Disney experience, it is necessary for us to refresh our offerings from time to time. As a result, construction work is currently underway in part of the lanes at the vehicle entrance and exit of Shanghai Disneyland Hotel. The original two-way traffic flow will be temporarily adjusted to a single lane. Drivers entering the area are advised to take turns merging, follow the directions of on-site cast members, and slow down for safety. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

At Disney, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and continually improving our facilities.
Due to scheduled enhancements, the Wishing Star Ferry will be temporarily unavailable from November 4, 2026 through November 30, 2026.
Guests may use the complimentary shuttle service operating between Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Shanghai Disneyland as well as Disneytown during this period.
